As a Lead Technician in Maintco you will have to involve yourself over the construction of our commercial business related to clients and their wellness with our job. You will also maintain inventories and direct our relationship with dealerships. Besides, the tracking of actions of our entire technicians team will be in your hands

Responsibilities and Duties:

● You will have to growth our company dealing with new and existent clients generating the best business opportunities.

● You will have to growth our company dealing with new and existent clients generating the best business opportunities.

● Taking care of the warehouse to fulfill projects as well as dealing with billing, buying and inventory status with its proper reporting.

● Generating and innovating with SOP’s and KPI’s to perfectionate and accompanying audits to accomplish quality over our processes.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Business, Accounting, or Finance

● 15 years’ experience in Commercial Construction, Facility Services, or related field

● Fluent in English and Spanish

● Able to travel 2 days per week

● Expert working knowledge of Buildertrend and Verizon Work or similar

● Expert working knowledge of external systems such as: MyFSN, Bunn Serve, Corrigo, etc.
